These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the mytaxca.in website and the accounting, tax, GST, payroll, virtual CFO, and compliance services (the "Services") offered by MyTaxCA ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing our website or engaging our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. About MyTaxCA
MyTaxCA is a CA-led finance, tax, and compliance partner based in Faridabad, NCR, serving clients across India on a 100% online basis. References to "our team" or "our CA" refer to the qualified Chartered Accountants and finance professionals engaged by or affiliated with MyTaxCA.
2. Description of Services
We offer bookkeeping and accounting outsourcing, GST registration and returns, income tax filing and planning, payroll and HR compliance, virtual CFO advisory, company setup and regulatory compliance, and related business advisory services. The specific scope, deliverables, timelines, and fees for any engagement will be confirmed separately in writing (via email, WhatsApp, or a signed engagement letter) before work begins.
3. Website Use & General Information
Content on this website — including service descriptions, blog-style content, and general guidance — is provided for general informational purposes only and does not constitute professional tax, legal, or financial advice. You should not act or refrain from acting on the basis of website content alone; please consult with our team directly for advice specific to your situation.
4. Client Responsibilities
To deliver accurate and timely services, we rely on you to:
- Provide complete, accurate, and timely financial information and supporting documents
- Respond promptly to requests for clarification or missing information
- Review filings and reports shared with you and flag discrepancies promptly
- Maintain the confidentiality of any login credentials or shared access provided to you
Delays or inaccuracies in the information you provide may affect filing deadlines and outcomes, and MyTaxCA is not liable for consequences arising from incomplete or incorrect information supplied by the client.
5. Fees & Payment
Fees for our Services are communicated upfront and are typically fixed or tiered based on the scope of work agreed. Payment terms (including any advance, milestone, or recurring billing) will be specified in your engagement communication. Late payments may result in a pause of ongoing services until dues are cleared.
6. Confidentiality
We treat all client financial and business information as confidential and will not disclose it to third parties except: (a) as required to deliver the Services (e.g., filing with government portals), (b) as required by law or regulatory authorities, or (c) with your explicit consent.
7. Professional Standards & Limitation of Liability
Our Services are delivered in accordance with applicable Indian professional and regulatory standards, including those of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) where applicable. While we take due care in preparing filings and advice, MyTaxCA's liability for any claim arising from the Services shall not exceed the fees paid by you for the specific engagement giving rise to the claim, except in cases of proven gross negligence or wilful misconduct.
8. Intellectual Property
All website content, branding, and materials created by MyTaxCA remain our intellectual property. Client-specific reports and filings prepared as part of an engagement belong to the client upon full payment of applicable fees.
9. Termination
Either party may terminate an ongoing engagement with reasonable written notice, as specified in the relevant engagement terms. Fees for work completed up to the date of termination remain payable.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms or our Services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Faridabad, Haryana.
